This is from the original 2-track master, and sounds good. This is the first of the "archival" recordings for the series, and will be remaining in the budget line. There will probably be a remaster from the original multi-track masters to CD- at which time anyone who has purchased this will have the choice of buying the new mix complete with cover for $6, or just the disc itself (in a plain paper & plastic sleeve) for $3- postage free.

FYI: this is a short CD (27 minutes), and overall it is very abstract and minimalist. While I definitely welcome interest in this release, I would not advise starting here.
